Unexpected charges mar the stay

The intriguing architecture captured my imagination from the moment I arrived. The staff, particularly the porter Deep, provided warm hospitality amid the chaos.

However, I faced issues with surprise charges at checkout, including an unseen expense for breakfast items. This left a bitter taste after an otherwise enjoyable experience.
